Admission Process
Admission Procedure for the Academic Session 2026-2027 for PP2, Grade 1 & Grade 11 will begin in the month of November.
- Online Enquiry Form needs to be submitted.
- Documents required to upload at the time of online form submission (Size up to 20 kb)
- Photograph of the child
- Student’s Aadhar card
- Admission to PP2 & Class 1 onwards is done based on the preparedness of the child.
- Schedule of further process will be communicated by the school after submission of the Enquiry.
- Screening for students seeking admission in Grade 2 & above will be conducted in mid-November.
- Selected students will be informed through a phone call.
Documents to be submitted at the time of admission:
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Transfer Certificate (TC).
- Certificate of category (if applicable)
- UDISE PEN Number
- APAAR ID
AGE CRITERIA (for PP2 – Class 3)
PP2 – 5 years as of 31st May 2026 (born between 1st June 2020 & 31st May 2021)
Class 1 – 6 years as of 31st May 2026 (born between 1st June 2019 & 31st May 2020)
Class 2 – 7 years as of 31st May 2026 (born between 1st June 2018 & 30th June 2019)
Class 3 – 8 years as of 31st May 2026 (born between 1st June 2017 & 30th June 2018)

Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, QRC will acknowledge receipt of your application by phone or email within two working days.

Application Review
QRC will review your application to confirm you meet our requirements. If so, you will then be asked to complete an interview as part of the review process.

Application Interview
Interviews are usually completed over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, hear about your future plans, understand why you are interested in the course, any particular papers you like and your understanding of the internship program.

Payment of Fees
Kempbelle University will issued an invoice for the balance of your first year tuition fees, due prior to the commencement date. On payment of this invoice you will be issued with a receipt of payment.
Requirements
Graduate Diploma Requirements:
– Open to students 18 years and over at course commencement
– If English is not your first language, you will need to demonstrate English language proficiency equivalent to IELTS (Academic) 6.0 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in each band and 6.0 in speaking.
– All applicants are interviewed as part of the admissions process.
– Applicants not meeting the entry criteria may be considered on a case by case basis by the Academic Director. Consideration will be given to those with appropriate and evidenced previous academic history, prior work experience and life skills experience.
